Most of the
investigations available from this site are performed on a no hit no fee
bases unless otherwise indicated. That means you won't be charged unless
we obtain information. Upon excepting your case for investigation, we'll
obtain an approval on your credit card to cover the entire amount. If no
information is found, the approved amount will automatically be refunded
to your account generally within 10 days or by the guidelines determined
by your credit card company. We stand behind our work and therefore
offer a refund if a certified copy of the document reveals that our
Investigators obtained the wrong information. Typing errors are not
considered wrong information.
Anyone is
capable of making a mistake and we are no exception. We will double check our findings upon request if you have reason to suspect an
error has been made at no additional charge. Because information can
change at the source at anytime, please make your request for a recheck
within 3 days from the date your information was obtained.
